Of the 85+ issues of BWJ published since 1987, about half are still available in their original, like-new condition. Back issues from 1987-1993 are sold out. Most back issues from 1994 to the present are available for purchase at the current cover price of $6.50. On our Article Index (below) by issue, the back issues still available are noted.

BWJ has published 85 quarterly issues since 1987 with over 1,100 feature articles. This is by far the most in-depth database of information ever published on the BWCAW/Quetico and surrounding Superior National Forest.
